Shipping Policy

We ship right to your home or business.

Due to a large increase in shipping volume, we sometimes experience delays. You can track your order with the tracking information we provide you.  

Special order, or large bulky items may need to be scheduled by our delivery partners. 

Our free shipping offer applies to most orders shipped within Local Ontario Zones and over $50 (before taxes, fees, and promo codes) that are shipped by Standard Delivery. 

Some products may not qualify for free shipping.

*The free shipping offer does not apply to:

  • Special Order Products
  • Bulky or large items
  • Items or locations that require special delivery

Free shipping is not available in some areas that does not have standard ground service.

** Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In these cases, free shipping is not available, and extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges apply, you will be contacted before we ship your product to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. 


Business-Hub is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
